该职教园区由深圳职业技术学院和香港职业训练局合作共建，这是大粤港澳大湾区首个实际落地的特色职业教育园区，是产学研深度融合的典范，代表职业教育高质量发展的重大标志性成果，具有里程碑意义。
功能上包含教学区、科创空间、实验室、综合展厅等，致力打造成为集办公、实训、交流为一体的综合园区。

设计风格：现代简约。

This vocational education park is jointly established by Shenzhen Polytechnic and the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council. As the first distinctive vocational education park to be practically implemented in the Greater Bay Area, it serves as a model of deep integration between industry, academia, and research, representing a landmark achievement in the high-quality development of vocational education and holding significant milestone status.
Functionally, it includes teaching areas, innovation and technology spaces, laboratories, and comprehensive exhibition halls, aiming to become an integrated campus that combines office work, practical training, and communication.
Design style: Modern minimalism.
