指月慧舍｜福州｜2021

福州市鼓楼区，历史悠久，颇具人文气息，周边老建筑多为名人故居，保存完好。设计定位为高端茶会所，展示业主自有茶品牌的同时具备高端商务和社交属性，私密性极好。
设计难点之一，业主要求不能破坏原有建筑木结构，不能打钉和打胶，同时要满足水电的更新和消防相关规范，所以对天花、地面和墙面的处理极其苛刻，全程采用保护性施工，对设计和施工都是一次挑战。

This project is located in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, with a long history and a strong humanistic atmosphere. Many of the surrounding old buildings are former residences of celebrities, which are well preserved. The design is positioned as a high-end tea club, showcasing the owner's own tea brand while possessing high-end business and social attributes, with excellent privacy.

One of the design difficulties is that the owner requires that the original wooden structure of the building cannot be destroyed, nails and glue cannot be applied, and at the same time, it must meet the requirements of water and electricity updates and fire safety regulations. Therefore, the treatment of ceilings, floors and walls is extremely strict, and protective construction is adopted throughout the process, which is a challenge for both design and construction.
